If you're new to pole...We recommend booking an Intro to Pole class, which is specifically for first-timers. In an Intro class, you'll learn some pole terminology and get to try a range of the types of movements and tricks that you'll encounter in Beginner classes.
Students who've never tried pole before are welcome to book Beginner-level classes if they cannot make it to an Intro to Pole session and feel comfortable taking a class with students who have been attending for longer. Your First ClassThe do's and don'ts of preparing for your first pole class, what to wear, things to bring, and how to find the studio.

If you're new to us...But have been poling for a while, it's best to get in touch via email or WhatsApp with some details about any previous pole experience as the curriculum and instruction often varies between studios. You can have a look at our Studio Syllabus as a reference or book a Level Check with Jenny.
You're, of course, welcome to book an Intro to Pole, Beginner Pole, or All Levels classes if you'd like to get back into it right away! |
