To book your classes you will need to download Groovio, create an account, search and connect to our studio.

HOW TO CONNECT TO OUR STUDIO
To ensure you are connected to our studio so we can process bookings and purchases we need you to connect your student profile. ➕
*If you book a class or make a purchase yourself you will automatically be connected.
1. In Groovio App search studio name
2. Click Connect to Studio
3. Done!

Using Groovio
HOW TO PUT CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT
Groovio has a wallet feature that will store money on your account to use for anything, follow the steps below to top up your account.

- Go to Groovio profile
- Click on the user profile image (top left corner)
- Click on My Wallet
- Enter the amount you want to place on your account
- Click Add Money
- Pay with payment details
HOW TO BOOK
1. Open the Groovio app and go to the studio
2. Click View Schedule (Select a correct location if multiple location studio)
3. Select the date for the first class
4. Click on the relevant class
5. Click to Book Now
6. Click Accept on any Important Information
8. Tick Box Accept Waiver Policy
9. Click Pay Now
10. Enter Payment Details (if they have a purchase option that can be used on this class it will come up as an option to select)
11. Tick Box Save for future Groovio payments if wanting to use the payment method in the future
12. Click Pay Button

HOW TO EARLY CANCEL A CLASS Manage your own schedule and let us know if you need to miss a class for the term by cancelling the class yourself! By doing this before the class occurs you will receive a free make-up class to use on a similar class before the term ends. 1. Click on the upcoming class in the app 2. Scroll across to the required session and click Cancel Class 3. Confirm you wish to cancel the class |
HOW TO VIEW PROGRESS/HOMEWORK Check where you are up to in class through the Groovio app! Your instructor will be marking this as you go so you can see anytime where you are up to in your class. Follow the below instructions or the video to find your progress.

HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS
Easily get your hands on products available from the studio via our Groovio App, you don’t even need to be in the studio to purchase!

- Go to Groovio profile
- Click on the shopping basket icon
- See all available products, add them to the cart and purchase
- You will get a notification when products are ready for collection from the studio
